About 

I am a collaborative, solution-oriented instructional designer with a passion for teaching and learning. I have spent my whole career designing and facilitating instruction, previously as an educator and now as an instructional designer. 

I design and develop learner centric training solutions that help businesses achieve their goals. I love finding ways to bring  e-Learning, design documents, storyboards, and job aids to life using Storyline 360, Rise 360, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva. 

I have completed Jill Davidian's Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). This certification allowed me to hone my practical instructional design skills by using adult learning principles and the ADDIE and SAM models to create interactive e-Learning courses based on specific business goals. 

I keep myself up-to-date on industry trends and continue to develop my craft by networking with other instructional design professionals, attending Articulate webinars, and learning new software tools. 

When I'm not designing, I enjoy reading, walking in nature, and exploring new hobbies.
